Ixealamke Cotton Gauze Yardage

From the Alta Verpaz region of Guatemala, this beautiful, breezy white cotton is woven by the women of Samac de Coban on the back-strap loom.  An honored tradition, the white Coban fabric is traditionally used to make light summery huipiles, or blouses.  Hand-stitched panels create a loose elegant tunic.

We think this cloth is stunning also as a curtain floating in morning light, or a light bedcover in a simple beach bungalow.  We've made it available by the yard for you to customize to your preferences and design needs.

The fabric is 100% cotton.  It is available 27" to 36" wide, and up to 6 yards long.
